Many of our houses already come with an in-house chef, but for those that don’t, we’re proud to now offer our own Executive Chef, Eric.
Eric is French born and French trained and has worked for many years for a luxury French brand, travelling the world and learning different styles of cooking.
He loves preparing simple, healthy Mediterranean food but will happily work with you to plan your perfect menus based on your preferences and dietary requirements.
From fine dining to family favourites, kids’ meals to canapes, Eric can take the stress out of cooking while on holiday, giving you more time to relax with those around you.
