Ideally located on the Grand Canal between Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge this 15th century Palazzo has been lovingly restored to house 4 beautiful and individual, self-contained apartments that can be rented separately or as a whole

The Palazzo is accessed by its own private pontoon, and the apartments are serviced by an elevator.

Recently renovated to a very high level, this is luxury living right in the heart of La Serenissima. All the delights of this beautiful city are easily accessible either on foot, or by water taxi from the private pontoon.

The Piano Nobile is the largest apartment covering two floors; the first floor with elegant and spacious living areas (including a dining room that can seat 20 guests) and the second floor with the five-bedroom suites, accessed by a majestic marble staircase.

The Grand Canal apartment has magnificent views over the Grand Canal up to the Rialto Bridge.

The Rialto apartment is in the loft at the top of the building and has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all en-suite and a delightful small private terrace

The Terrazetta is a chic, cute pied a terre for 4 guests, with two double, en suite, bedrooms, modern interior décor and views over the rooftops of Venice and the Grand Canal.

The two smaller apartments look over the side of the Palazzo and not over the canal but have interesting views over the neighbourhood.

All the apartments are self-contained and work well individually or taken together as a full palazzo rental.

The property is professionally run by hotelier owners and has a charming couple who manage the property and live on-premise.

Perfect for entertaining during the Venice Biennale, for a private ‘special event’, or indeed as a ’pied a terre’ for visiting Venice.
