The house is ‘upside-down’ with the kitchen and main living room on the top floor (the level at which you enter the property) and the bedroom and en-suite bathroom downstairs. The large sitting room has French doors that lead onto a balcony with glorious views across the Corfu channel to Albania beyond.

The delightfully airy bedroom, with super-king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom, has its own access direct onto a stone terrace and is air conditioned. There is also a self-contained cottage annexe for two extra guests.

A stone patio with barbecue facilities leads down to an extensive garden area with olives, almonds and pomegranates. Walks from the back door take you directly onto the Corfu Trail and higher into the hills.
