This is a traditional Mallorcan house providing modern comforts and luxury living, set on the edge of the attractive village of Deia.

The house has stunning views over the village to the mountains and the sea beyond. Set close to the famous Belmond La Residencia hotel, with its spa, tennis centre and restaurants, and right by the centre of Deia with all its restaurants and bar life, the villa is perfect for those wanting to be right among the action and able to walk everywhere.

The interiors are elegant with luxurious bedding and unique designer pieces.

Olive trees, fragrant orange and lemon trees and bougainvillea surround the pool area and outside shower, and there are plenty of sun loungers and chairs with shady parasols.

This is just a selection of some of the villas we represent. We are constantly on the lookout for new properties to add to our portfolio and are always delighted to look for that very special house if you haven’t found what you are looking for. Properties are available throughout the year by arrangement.

So do call, we would love to talk to you.

A really good house for lovers of Deia village and perfect for teenagers who can get out and about by themselves.
