The master bedroom is set away on the top floor; very private, it opens on two sides to a large wrap-around terrace and is comfortably furnished to provide outside sitting space.

The three guest bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and are spread over the other two floors, each with access to the terraces, gardens and pool.

There is a further room which can be used as an additional bedroom to sleep two people; it has a double bed and contains access doors into other rooms but it does not have outside space nor a window.

The house has been renovated to a high standard and is spacious and light with chic contemporary furnishings continuing out onto the pool area. A well-equipped kitchen completes the ground floor.

There are marvellous views over the vineyards and the woods down to the sea. Escalet beach is a five-minute walk, albeit up quite a steep hill, and the trendy beach clubs of Pampelonne are only a seven-minute drive away. The centre of St Tropez, with the Place des Lices and the bars and restaurants of the harbour, is a mere ten minutes from the house.
