It’s hard to knock the views from this beautiful villa, which stretch down the hill to the golden, sandy beaches around the bay of Gigaro, and out across the hills cloaked in woodland and vineyards.

Yet it’s just a ten-minute walk to Gigaro beach and its array of beach restaurants. Though it should be said that the hill is steep, so it’s a lot harder going up after a hearty feed than it is coming down.

This is the perfect location for a small group of friends or indeed a couple, and a great place from which to explore the markets, boutiques, bars and nightspots of fashionable St Tropez, only a 15-minute taxi ride away.
