Located on the very exclusive Domaine de Sperone and only 6km from Bonifacio, this lovely villa sits on 3,000-square-metres of land within easy walking distance of the golf course and the beach.

The villa has exceptional views to the west and east, looking over to Piantarella and the islands of Piana and Cavallo, as well as a view of the golf course.

With clean, elegant lines, the two-storey house is built in wood and blends discretely into the landscaped garden.

The spacious living area (80 square metres) has an open-plan kitchen and opens onto two big terraces, one facing east and the other west.

The bedrooms are situated on the lower ground floor and all have en-suite bathrooms.

The pool area is on a lower level, surrounded by a red cedar deck and is a private, peaceful area with wonderful views.

This is just a selection of some of the villas we represent. We are constantly on the lookout for new properties to add to our portfolio and are always delighted to look for that very special house if you haven’t found what you are looking for. Properties are available throughout the year by arrangement.

So do call, we would love to talk to you.

While Corsica is French, this part of the island has a strong Italian flavour, so you get the best of both worlds on the food front.
