- ‘Back’ road to the beach clubs via route avoiding the village
Located on the edge of Sinoplis and just 5 mins by scooter to the village, or 15/20 mins by car. There is back route to the beaches avoiding the traffic and the house also has a ‘remote’ that gives access to a traffic free route into the centre (scooters by arrangement).
Set over two floors with living areas, a large kitchen and 2 bedroom on the upper ground level.. and the other three bedrooms on the first floor.
This house is super stylishly furnished throughout and has all mod cons including air conditioning .
The pool which can be heated has a glass safety fence and the 200 sq metre garden is child friendly and although there is no sea view, the house is surrounded by greenery.
This is a really good house for those wanting to be close to the fun of St Tropez and yet in quiet and pleasant ‘quartier’ of the village.
