If you prefer a taste of Marrakech, go to the Terraces des Epices, just above the souk.

You must visit the interior design shop called Mustapha Blaoui; it’s mind-blowing.

Visit the Musee Yves Saint Laurent in the afternoon.

Or, if you prefer, go for a spa at the Royal Mansour.

Have evening drinks at the iconic La Mamounia hotel, Winston Churchill’s favorite.

Go for breakfast at the mythical Grand Café de la Poste.

There are lots of little designer shops in the area, including the well-known Lalla –
it’s great for presents.

Have lunch at Plus61 – it’s really delicious.

And if you are invited to a private villa, stop by Chez Mme Alami for traditional Moroccan pastries – these are the best in Marrakech.
