What can we say about Tuscany that hasn’t been said already? Beautiful countryside, hilltop villages, fabulous food… it has it all.
Many of our houses in Tuscany are hidden away down the white roads that cover the countryside so be ready for some adventurous driving and be ready to discover some hidden gems on the way.
If you plan to go to Florence during your visit we suggest you take the train; it’s a million times easier than having to park the car. Most little towns in Tuscany have a train station.
Go in May, June or September to avoid the crowds. Or if you go in summer, pack a load of books and some paint brushes, hide away in your villa, eat great food, drink great wine and simply breathe.
