Languedoc-Rousillon
The simple pleasure of French living.
The Languedoc-Roussillon areas cover a vast section of south-western and southern France, stretching from Toulouse across and around the Mediterranean and down to the Spanish border.
Steeped in history and dotted with ancient towns and villages, the region has masses to see and do, from hiking in the foothills of the Pyrenees, to thee beach clubs of the sunny Côte Vermeille and the long, flat beaches of the Carmargue.
Besides plenty of sunshine, you’ll find traditional local markets, great food, wonderful wines and centuries of tradition and heritage.
The region is well served by several international airports (Toulouse, Carcassonne and Narbonne) and a very good motorway structure.
