This 980-acre old plantation estate in the resort town of Ocho Rios has five luxurious seafront villas and an historic Great House.
Frangipani is the newest of the luxury villas on the estate. Each of the four deluxe, air-conditioned bedrooms has its own private verandah, dressing room, bathroom and separate powder room. The spacious living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD, video, hi-fi and internet access.
The central verandah leads out to a large pool with a sundeck and is surrounded by lush vegetation and trees providing absolute privacy. There is also a gazebo and barbecue for outdoor dining.
Steps lead down to a jetty and the sea, and although there is no beach, you can easily wade out into the clear blue waters of the Caribbean.
The villa is named for the tropical Frangipani trees planted in the grounds that produce beautiful, sweet-scented pink, white and yellow flowers.
