Masseria Giardini Pistola sits in “The Garden of Pistola” as the owner likes to call it. And where the house has access. Guests can visit and enjoy the sights and smells of the Puglian countryside. There is no less than 35 hectares of gardens, woodland and Mediterranean oak wood surrounding the estate.
That is over 3 buildings that Masseria Giardini Pistola accommodates up to 20 guests in 9 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Therefore, Masseria Giardini Pistola is an ideal country house for large gathering holiday villas.
The main house, The Curmesa is home to the largest indoor common areas at the masseria and four magnificent en-suites.
Then, there is Masseriola, composed of four en-suites. Three bedrooms are each built inside restored trulli (traditional Apulian huts made of dry stone with a conical and dark roof). Where as the fourth en-suite of the Masseriola is a restored pagliaro, a quaint private courtyard, large indoor living and dining room and a private outdoor patio.
Lastly, with its two bedrooms and its own pool, the Garden Trulli is for those who want a private experience.
The bedrooms are a fine combination of luxury and simplicity. All 9 bathrooms have a large ceramic roll top or large stone baths as well as walk-in showers.
Whether it’s indoor or outdoor, in a big or smaller committee, the dining options are endless. There are three home style kitchens alongside places to dine, these include: a garden terrace dining area, poolside dining under the pergola overlooking the main pool, outdoor dining table in the main courtyard. As well as the main dining room which seats up to 22, and an upstairs dining room.
The House Chef will prepare and leave a cold lunch each day and will be back for the evening meal, should you wish, it may be the other way round…
Among the many attractive features, we need to mention the BBQ area and a wood fire pizza oven. Should you wish to escape this dream house, long stretches of sandy beaches with shallow turquoise waters are only a short drive away.
