Nomios Villa is a newly built, beautifully decorated, contemporary villa made from all natural materials to fit in with the Cycladic aesthetics – natural stone and white.
It is a perfect place for large groups of friends or a multi-generational family holiday.
The house is situated on top of a hill, on a 10,000-square-metre private plot with uninterrupted views across the Aegean Sea. On a clear day you can see across to Mykonos and the other Cycladic islands.
Driving though the main gates, you wind your way down to the villa where there is plenty of space to park several cars. The main living areas are all on ground level, including the master bedroom, which is super light and airy, with an en-suite shower room.
Above the master is a small office space with two computers, which can also sleep overflowing children. The other two double bedrooms share a nice-sized shower room across the corridor. The second bedroom has a mezzanine level with another double bed – great for teenagers or children.
Walking through the house there is a well-equipped kitchen and open-plan sitting room with incredible views out towards the pool and onto the Aegean beyond.
The al-fresco dining area is paired nicely with the outdoor kitchen, which has a wood oven, pizza oven and barbecue. A further double en-suite bedroom with outside access is located beyond the kitchen.
Days can be spent lounging on the big beanbags by the pool or under the double day beds shaded by a big sail. The pool bar makes keeping hydrated very simple!
If you’re feeling active, there is a tennis court right by the swimming pool, as well as a gym, table tennis and a yoga area in the basement. After exercise, head to the steam room or have a massage, followed by a well-deserved glass of wine from the well-stocked wine cellar.
Anything can be organised here from helicopter transfers to car hire, yoga and massage. We love it.
One of the undiscovered islands of the Cyclades.
