Set in a quiet residential area, the house is discreetly set back from the road and is totally private.
The house is a masterclass in design and artisanal work with every door, cupboard door… window etc… being handmade to the highest specifications. Dressed in subtle colours, with rattan furniture mixed with contemporary pieces, and mountains of the most gorgeous cushions, this is the epitome of cool beach living.
The huge master suite sits privately to one side of the house and has a wonderful sitting room with large screen TV and the cutest mini bar/coffee station ever!
All the bedrooms bar one, open out onto the garden, the pool and the sea. All have colourful and individual décor and great bathrooms with piles of thick white towels.
The pretty gardens descend down to the pool level and there are a myriad of seating areas dotted around, from the rooftop terrace downwards.
The pool is just above the sea and has masses of sun beds and plenty of shade. The sea swimming platform is a step below and it is possible to have a boat collect here for days out in little bays around the coast, or indeed, to pop out over to Menorca for lunch.
The house is looked after by a charming concierge and 2 wonderful Spanish ladies, who cook delicious, local food beautifully.
One of our most exciting finds in a while and a perfect base for a family holiday.
