The estate comprises an extensive and historic Spanish manor farmhouse and a more recently built guest house, decorated by the renown Jaime Parlade and furnished with Spanish antiques and Mallorcan fabrics.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful terraced garden, which still has its original Moorish irrigation streams and channels. The remainder of the estate comprises several hundred hectares of completely private and totally unspoilt indigenous Iberian woodland, disected by the Guadalmina River and a series of crystal-clear springs and streams, and incorporating a small organic farm and productive organic kitchen garden.

The main house has many original features. The large, high-ceilinged drawing room, complete with decorative wall-mounted plates and exposed beams, is a relaxing but elegant room. Cool in the summer, it opens onto a terrace with days beds under a shady vine-covered pergola. Every part of this rambling old manor house has charm and shows the many touches of a much-loved family home.

The guest house is ideal for guests or an extended family party. Prettily decorated, the rooms open onto a large sun terrace with huge day beds overlooking its own full-sized pool and garden below.

The main pool is situated below the big house and can be heated in the autumn, winter and spring. A separate annexe houses a spacious and very well-equipped games/TV room. A good tennis court with a shaded viewing area rounds out the facilities.
