This is an elegant, sophisticated house on the gated Sotogrande estate, within easy reach of chic beach clubs, great restaurants, a busy marina and some of the best polo and golf in Europe.
The house is very private and benefits from the 24-hour security of the estate. Decorated in cool pastel colours and surrounded by pretty gardens and fountains, it is the perfect place for a family holiday. It’s particularly good for teenagers who can head out and about by themselves.
There is a large saltwater pool with water polo accessories and a pretty shaded pergola with soft seating at one end.
The house is well equipped for younger children too (we can put up a swimming pool fence if necessary) and has board games, DVDs and plenty of outdoor activities.
The bedrooms are all spacious and spread over two floors. Four can be set up with either twin or double beds and all have been individually decorated with a fine eye for detail. The downstairs bedrooms have outside showers.
The excellent staff have looked after the French owners for many years and are charming and efficient.
The house has excellent staff and access to all the amenities of Sotogrande.
