A really good family beach house in an idyllic location.

This spacious and attractive, art deco house sits on the second line of a private, gated domain with direct access to the prettiest beach. In our opinion this is the best side of St Tropez, with its little creeks, white sandy beaches and clear, clear sea backed by an unspoilt coastline of wooded cliffs and hills.

On the first floor there are three, sea facing, spacious double bedrooms, and two more on the back of the house which are smaller and have 140 cm beds only – best for single adults or children. All have small bathrooms or shower rooms and independent loos. One other double, en suite bedroom, is located on the ground floor. A staff room with garden acccess only, is available on request and perfect for a nanny or a chef.

The open plan ground floor (separate kitchen) opens onto the pool terrace and tiled, infinity pool with a gate leading down a path to the pretty beach where the cool Tropicana Club, a good little restaurant, a roped off swimming area, swimming raft, private pontoon and private boat mooring are all to be found.

Furnished in a relaxed contemporary, beach-chic style and with good outdoor sun beds and a fun bar area, games room and a small gym, the house has a cool, laid back ‘beach house’ vibe.

We think a large RIB or speed boat rental (international boat licence required) would be a great addition to this villa for trips to St Tropez or the unspoilt islands of Port Cros and Porquerolles, both only short ride away.

The costal cycle path can take you all the way either to La Croix Valmer, or Cavaliere and Bormes les Mimosas.
