A particularly light and airy house built in the traditional Cap Ferret style and spread across two wings with the pool in the middle.
Four bedrooms are doubles, with one children’s/teenager’s room containing three single beds… all are en-suite and all have direct terrace/pool access.
A summer kitchen/bar area is located to one end of the pool and a shady terrace runs down the length of the house providing good space for relaxing and dining.
The main living area is open plan with a slick kitchen to one end. Very nicely decorated with lots of wood and rattan, this is an ideal beach house and would particularly suit a family with teenagers.
