A very slick new villa, fantastic for young families.
Finished in 2023, this is a new and cleverly designed house with a large heated pool.
The heart of the house is on the first floor where the architects designed a spacious open living room and kitchen surrounded by bay windows which disappear into the walls to create a vast open indoor/outdoor living space with plenty of room for al fresco dining.
Villa Palm has five bedrooms and four bathrooms; every bedroom has a large bay window that opens to the outside. Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The pool has an easy ‘step’ entrance and is situated to the front of the house, two large palm trees tower over the shallow end. There are plenty of seating areas in the garden, and a boules pitch for an end of day competition.
From the house you can walk to the beach of L’Horizon, or even jump on the little train nearby that runs all day long between Cap Ferret village and the beach.
