A pretty ‘Cap Ferret’ style wooden house in a quiet impasse, within walking or cycling distance to the beaches and village.
The house has been completely rebuilt and refurbished by a local architect. At the heart of the villa is a a spacious living room that opens onto a large outdoor terrace with lots of seating areas and a fully fitted outdoor kitchen.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor in the main house, two of which share a corridor which can be closed; creating a private space for a single family or an area for children. There is a large double on the first floor (low ceiling) besides a little TV area with a desk. The fifth bedroom is a double with en suite shower room and only accessible from the garden.
The pool area is set a few steps down from the main terrace area, all of which receive plenty of sun during the day.
Villa Vine has a fantastic concierge team who will always go the extra mile to organise restaurants, boats and activities for all the guests.
