Casa Giada is located in a tranquil olive grove in the south of Puglia, in an area called Salento. The name Casa Giada, which literally translates as ‘House of Jade’ or ‘House of Precious Stones’, reflects the owner’s Chinese roots as well as the surrounding colours of the land.

Salento is in the heel of the Italian boot, a region drenched in sunshine all year round and famed for its art, history, hospitality and exquisite Mediterranean cuisine.

Set in two hectares of land and constructed from locally mined stones, the main house consists of a spacious lounge, divided into a TV area and a library, and three equally sized en-suite bedrooms.

A fully equipped kitchen leads out to an outdoor dining area with a pizza oven and barbecue station, which borders the pool. There is also a great wine cellar, stocked with a fantastic selection of Italian wines.

A separate building off the swimming pool houses the master bedroom, which includes a seating area, a dressing area and a spacious bathroom.

The house has a 24-hour cooling system for summer and heating for the winter, so is a perfect year-round destination.
