A pretty private house in the Umbrian hills, cycling distance to the local village of Fraccano.
The house is beautifully surrounded by manicured gardens, endless olive groves and spectacular views. An infinity pool is set just below the house, cleverly designed with large steps to sit, and take in the endless scenery.
The house is beautifully done, a mix of antiques and contemporary furnishings, with six spacious bedrooms spread over three floors. There are plenty of seating areas inside and out to relax with a book or enjoy the latest films with friends and family.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table can easily seat up to 16 guests.
The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure that no guest is forgotten, the house is filled with games for all ages, from yoga mats, swiss balls & swings, gym mats, table tennis, swings and a stocked games room.
This is the perfect tranquil escape for families travelling together.
