Located on the exclusive and prestigious La Pointe and minutes from Cap Ferret Village, this is a very cool, fully serviced, private residence, set amongst fragrant mimosa and pine trees and only minutes from the beaches of the Bassin and the Ocean.
Built in the traditional ‘Ferret’ cabane style in wood and beautifully decorated, the house is spread over 300 sq metres. Several of the bedrooms are situated in the main house with one in a garden annexe, most have direct garden access.
Wrapped around an 11 metre lap pool (that can be heated) there is a myriad of shady spots to sit, relax and dine along with an outdoor gym area, outdoor cinema and yoga deck.. all surrounded by landscaped gardens. Super private.
The in house concierge can arrange everything from bikes to water taxis, lunches over at Philippe Stark’s Pyla based La C(0)rniche, or at the iconic Chez Hortense amongst others, this is as good as Cap Ferret living gets.
