This stunning 4-bedroom beach front villa lies on the tranquil Bay of Mawella on the south coast of Sri Lanka.

Architect designed, the Villa combines sumptuous comforts with modern architecture and character, including a walled garden, open verandas, and a stunning lap pool. The villa sits on an acre of manicured lawns, palms, and tropical plants.

Meals are prepared with organic produce fresh from the vegetable garden and fruit trees.

The property includes several shady terraces, an indigenous flower garden, a beautiful pool. The adjacent pool house is equipped with a full kitchen, alfresco dining area, lounge area, and shower area.

The Villa is a 10-minute drive from both Tangalle and Hiriketiya. Perched on Mawella Bay, one of the most beautiful and protected swimmable beaches in Sri Lanka, the bay has an excellent array of boutique hotels, cafes, and restaurants.

The villa is designed as 3 pavilions set around the lap pool.

The bay-fronting pavilion has the main guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This pavilion also features indoor dining and living areas with a guest kitchen, opening to a veranda with amazing views of the bay. Two further bedrooms face the pool and both have ensuite bathrooms with the possibility of accommodating a child.

The large, open Ambalama has a separate living and dining area and overlooks the pool, with seating areas and tables beneath the shady portico.
