Puncak is a four-bedroom estate with a sunken outdoor dining area and two plunge pools. There is two cottages with two bedroom each. One of the cottages has one bedroom per floor, both with adjacent bathrooms. The second cottage has a master bedroom on the upper level with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, a children’s room with en-suite bathroom, able to accommodate two children in a bunk bed.
Puncak Estate includes a ground floor open-air living room, a kitchen and many outdoor facilities such as an outdoor hot tub. Puncak was a featured winner for PURE’s Best in Design 2015.
