A stunning 22 metre infinity pool fronts this new, contemporary villa set into the hillside above Kassiopi, with all bedrooms looking out over the pool and down to the sea and the Albanian coast beyond.
The house is arranged over one level and has a well-designed ramp to facilitate entry and great for disabled access.
Naturally cooled by the stone of the hillside, the villa does have air conditioning, but which is rarely needed.
The open plan design is both attractive and practical and flows harmoniously out onto the terrace. The 22-foot infinity pool has a double shelf entrance to one end, great for little ones or just a cool place to sit.
