Built at the end of the 18th century by an old Caprese family, the house is situated only a few minutes from the Piazzetta and the Qvisisana Hotel, on the way to the Arco naturale and overlooking the Certose di San Giacomo and the Marina Piccola. The house has stunning views over the entire town of Capri and the Monte Solaro.
Beautifully renovated, it is surrounded by superb gardens and is the perfect place to enjoy the glamour and fun of this unqiue island.
The garden has a lovely, shaded dining area for 12 with a grill and a classic Caprese oven, which can be used for pizza or roasting meat.
The roof terrace has a jacuzzi and a fire pit with a seating area that can be used for sunbathing during the day, or for cocktails at sunset. The ground floor houses all the living and dining areas.
The first floor, served by a lift, has six double bedrooms, all en-suite, two with baths and one with an adjacent sitting room that can be converted for use as a seventh bedroom if required.
