Wind your way down the hill from the village of Ramatuelle to the beach of Escalet and at the end of the road you’ll find the gates to the private domaine on which this exceptional villa is situated. You pretty much look down to the sea from every corner of the house.
The building is split over two levels. The ground floor houses the two master bedrooms, the large open-plan living room and the kitchen, which opens onto the pool deck and dining area.
The two bedrooms on the lower level are ideal for children or guests and have their own terraces, so there is plenty of space for everyone.
Decorated with colourful touches and modern art, the overall feel is one of cool, beach living.
There is plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture under the shady pergola to rest and watch the super yachts pass by on their way to the nearby port of St Tropez.
The beach is only a very short walk away and is one of the prettiest in the area, with no noisy beach clubs just the clear, turquoise sea.
The village of St Tropez is a short drive away, so a visit to the famous market in the Place des Lices followed by lunch in one of the waterfront restaurants, or a night on the town dressed up in all your finery are all easy to arrange.

This is St Tropez living at its very best.
