This traditional build Cap Ferret villa is situated 5 minutes from the centre of the village and in between the beaches of the Bassin and the Ocean, 5 mins bike ride each way.

Set in a good-sized garden and screened by trees, the house is super private. Built in wood, with a cool vibe and eclectic interiors, the bedrooms are spread over two floors and a garden annexe.

In the main house two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, but on opposite sides of the house, each with an individual staircase offering maximum privacy and really good for two families travelling together. The master room is particularly spacious and has a shower and stand-alone bath in the bedroom. The other first floor bedroom has a stand-alone bath on a small outdoor terrace and a shower room.
Two other bedrooms are on the ground floor and a family room (double and child’s bed) is in the garden annexe. All are en-suite and with individual loos.
