With its own boat and skipper available to hire by the day, Villa Una is perfect for water lovers and comes with a wonderful team of staff and a whole host of facilities. 

Villa Una is all about boats and seaside living, which is no great surprise as the sparkling Adriatic is just steps below the house.

The villa is built on three levels on a headland above a small quiet bay and is hidden among the pine trees. Built of traditional Brac stone, it’s an incredible addition to the island and the aroma of pine is ever present.

It is a high-end luxury villa offering five beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms complete with ZEN bathroom products.

The house comes with wonderful staff who do daily cleaning and pool maintenance and will cook you delicious restaurant-standard meals if required. Anything you need, they can help with, from booking restaurants and getting hire cars delivered to the door, to doing your grocery shopping. Though if you’d rather pop out yourself, the two local villages have a number of small supermarkets and fresh markets, as well as bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. 

The resident boat, with licensed skipper, is available to hire on a daily basis, and comes with a great assortment of toys, including a ‘hot dog’ banana boat, water skis and fins and snorkels. There are myriad pretty places to explore by boat around the island’s coastline, so we heartily recommend this as an option.

If you’d prefer to explore by land, you can also rent bikes – Brac is, after all, famous for its hiking and biking trails.
